Niemcewicza Street is one of the most prestigious addresses in Warsaw. The project is located only 5 minutes’ drive from the very centre of the capital. The surroundings of Niemcewicza Street constitute the historical part of the district of Ochota predominantly covered by 19th and early 20th century buildings enveloped by greenery.

For almost 100 years Niemcewicza Street was part of a key artery designed during the reign of King Stanislaw August – the Royal Route, which connected the Wolski Tract with the Ujazdowski Castle. Today one can easily travel here by car as well as by public transport, buses and trams.
